What to do about hemorrhoids during pregnancy?

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have noticed that I have 2 little hemorrhoids, they don’t hurt or bleed. But I **** them, I developed them during pregnancy due to constipation. I am so worried I want to get rid of them so bad! Is there any medicine i can use to get rid of them? Help!

But it went away after 2 weeks. during my 6 week assessment, doc said i am healing very well and could resume normal activities.i have slight bleeding from stitch area or near **** everyday while pooping(not constipated). I am 3.5 months postpartum. Anyone else had/have same issue?
