does my fish have hemorrhoids?

One of my freshwater fish looks like he has hemorrhoids. There is a long white strand protruding from his ****. This happened once before, and I place “parasite clear” in the water. That cleared it up, but now about a month later he has it again. I did the same treatment, but it didn’t work. He’s swimming around and eating normally, but he has this tubular white piece of something hanging out of his ****. Any thoughts on what this is or how to cure it?

As of two days ago, I now have internal hemorrhoids with no symptoms others than protrusion when I “squeeze” (for lack of a better term). No bleeding, no discoloration, etc… Really, no discomfort at all, until I try to use the bathroom… I was reading that “rue oil” may be effective at reducing the size? Has anyone used, or know anyone who has used this method? Any other options/personal knowledge on the issue? I am very young to be going through this (22) and if there is ANY known non-surgical way to decrease the size, I would be extremely grateful. Thanks.

I have Hemerrhoids ( am nearly completey certain ). I do not want to go to the Doctor as I am only Ninteen. Have him examine my rectum is not something I want to do. I want to know the best prescription medicines I can order….Also if I simple (wrap a Towel around Ice) and leave on the area for 15 – 20 minutes. Will this solve it after repeat applicatons of ice?

I have suspected I’ve had IBS for over year. I’ve talked about this with my OB/GYN and I plot to see her again this coming week.
Anyway, I just had an upset stomach episode which is common with IBS. I had a lot of cramping, pain in the stomach and well you get the thought. Anyway, after wiping myself I saw some blood.
I know it is from hemorrhoids since I’ve had them since my first child. I have seen blood before but this time it was kind of dripping some into the pot. I used a Preparation H suppository like I have in the past which always helps.
But after reading some online about this a lot of sites suggested using ICE to help shrink the bleeding hemorrhoid or sitting in a warm bath.
I am wondering about the ice though. How would you apply that? lol
& yes I will see a Dr. this coming week about this.

Has anyone ever been to the “Hemorrhoid Treatment Center” (a place that specializes in removing hemmy’s using infrared coagulation?
Is it painful? Did your insurance cover it?
I called this place and it sounds very expensive after all the follow-up visits (~ $5-6K total).
I have been suffering now for about 1yr and really need to do something about this, but kinda frightened to go to see the Dr.
I am not really constipated and clean with prep H wipes after each movement. But, I do notice that maybe I also have internal hemmys that prevents all the BM to completely come out after I wipe. Very uncomfortable to say the least.
