Yes, I have the piles, this is the first time I ever got them, they’re internal because there is fresh red blood in my stool. I bought some miralax to soften up my stools, so they’re not so dry and painful… I’ve been sitting in a warm bath for about a half hour daily, i’ve been drinking tons of water and throwing some fruit and vegies in my meals…. I’m hoping they go away soon because they are soo painful.. does anyone have anymore advice to tell me about them… thank you.
