What is the best hemorrhoid cushion in the market for the best effective relief?

Have you ever pushed a hemorrhoid back up where it belongs?

It sounded kinda gross when I heard about it, but I haven’t been able to get rid of my hemorrhoids and with a newborn baby they are really slowing me down. My friend said to push them back in– her doctor told her to do it and it worked, and it’s worked for a number of her friends. i tried the witch hazel… my hospital gives out a container of them when u leave after having baby! They dont work but thanks
how long does it take for the pain to go away? I had a small one before but this one is about 3 times that size and its been 2 days of pain… I didnt waddle when i was 9 mos. pregnant but now I sure as heck do lol
