Are these hemorrhoids or something else (IMAGE) – HELP! ?

Hi guys,
To make a long story short, I had a sexual encoutner with another guy, pretty much protected the whole time – a few thursts weren’t (a few separate times) so I went to emergency to consider PEP — anyway they said don’t bother (long story).
My question is though, there’s like this flappy thing, just feels like it’s hanging there, and it’s itchy when you touch it. If I put kleenex up there it’s a little red. I’m wondering what it is? Lube wasn’t used the whole time, and although it didn’t really hurt, I guess it was too much.
And what should I do? I haven’t gone #2 in the last 3 days, wanting to heal things up…

Hemorrhoids, are they curable? I recently had **** *** for the first time. How long does the pain last? It’s not too much just a tiny bit. And my **** doesn’t look the same as before, will it heal down to how it used to be? I don’t think I have hemorrhoids but are they curable? (We did use a condom)

I have a hemorrhoid that is starting to slowly heal.. I basically want to know if its ok to have *** with my boyfriend (vaginal, not anal), even though I still have this hemorrhoid?

It’s about the size of a pinto bean and there’s a blot clot on it. It has recently stopped bleeding so much, but now i can’t push it back in ! it’s not really painful as much as it’s annoying and gross. What do i do?? Do i need to go to the doctor or let it heal? ANY advice…please!!!

I think I have an **** fissure. It hurts like hell and I need to know how to help it heal.
To avoid the dumbass answers I got the first time I asked this, please consider the following:
1. I’m not going to the doctor for this because I do not have health insurance. Please do not tell me to GET health insurance, don’t you think if I could afford it I would? Also please do not recommend the emergency room. A cracked ******* is not an emergency and I’m sure the ER docs have better things to do, not to mention they just bill you an outrageous amount if you don’t have insurance, despite what some think it’s not a freebie. I am not paying $700 for someone to look at my ******* and tell me what somebody on Yahoo could have.
2. I am not constipated. Please do not tell me to modify the consistency of my poop, it’s just fine.
3. Fissures and Hemorrhoids are not the same thing.
4. Please do not tell me to stop doing it in the ****. I do not do it in the ****. I have no idea where the fissure came from, but it sure wasn’t from that.
5. No, you can’t see it.
