How long does it normally take for your episiotomey stitches to heal? The epi bottle works wonders but it’s not as easy to use at home as it was at the hospital. Also, how long does it take for hemorrhoids to go away?

Ok, so two weeks back I got a *AHEM* hemorrhoid with all the usual symptoms i.e very sore and annoying and a large-ish soft lump on the outside, and it even bled once. The pain has died away but now I am left with a hard, smaller bump where the softer painful one was and it doesn’t bother me, and I am wondering how long does it take to go away completely? Will the body absorb away the blood that is inside the thing on its’ own?
It may never go away? are you serious?!

PLEASE DON’T BE SCARED OFF BY LENGTH. It seems important for me to give you the proper background info on the problem so that you can answer it as best as possible. Please read through it and help me out if you know anything about **** fissures, hemorrhoids, or other problems that can result in these symptoms. I will greatly appreciate all of your help!
Oh, and if it helps, I am a 21 year-old female.
So this is kind of disgusting, but I’ve been experiencing some pain and bleeding on my ****. This started about a week ago. I had been constipated that weekend, and then on Monday, I was able to make a bowl movement, but I experienced a burning-like pain, and when I wiped, there were drops of bright red blood on the toilet paper. After this, my **** continued to hurt off and on for about 2-3 days (although it did not bleed again). Then, tonight (8 days after initial bleeding), after about 3 days of no pain or bleeding, it happened again. I was a little constipated earlier, but I was careful not to strain myself, as I thought that the initial problem was hemorrhoids, and I know that those can be caused from strain during constipation. So, I waited all day until I could easily go to the bathroom. But, when I went, I again experienced a burning-like pain, and there was again drops of blood on the toilet paper after wiping.
I initially thought that I had hemorrhoids, due to the constipation problem. However, I looked up pictures of external hemorrhoids, and I definitely don’t have anything like that. So then I thought I might just have internal hemorrhoids, but I looked in the mirror (a very difficult task, I might add), and I noticed a bright red scratch-looking thing, about half the size of my pinky nail right at the base of my ****. I looked up pictures of **** fissures, and this seemed to fit that description. However, I have questions for people who know something about **** fissures:
Is it possible to experience a few days of pain relief when you have a fissure? I would have assumed that it would be constant (if not slightly-lessening) pain day after day until the fissure healed.
What could I have done to get this? I have not had **** sex, nor have I had anything up there, lol. So how could a fissure could have occured? To be honest, I do remember scratching myself there on accident about 2 months ago, to where I experienced pain for about a day, but I hadn’t felt anything since then, so the two seem unrelated.
I’m very confused. If you know anything about **** fissures, hemorrhoids, or any other problem that this could be, please let me know.
And yes, I know I should go to the doctor. I am going to try to make an appointment soon, but I’m very busy, so I just wanted some background information if I could find it.

I have hemorrhoids, stage 2 – the vein comes out when I poo, then gets in and not come out until the next time. No bleeding, no pain.
Can I heal it myself somehow without having a surgery? Or at least stop it to get worse? What can I do?
P.S. My bowel movement is good. I do it everyday. Sorry for the disgustig subject.

I have been having bleeding problems for about 1 month now and my insurance won’t allow me to see the doctor yet. I was already scheduled to go to the doctor thinking it was an **** fissure but now I think it’s hemorrhoids I didn’t go to the doctor because it stopped for a while and I thought it was an **** fissure that finally healed but now when I defecate it hurts slightly even if i’m not constipated which makes me think it’s hemorrhoids. What should I do? My job requires me to sit for long periods of time should I kneel instead or maybe standing after a few minutes doing a couple of squats, or is squatting the best way to improve blood flow while having to be stationary for a while? I mean it’s a house job so squatting for about 3 hours in front of my computer won’t seem odd to anyone ha-ha but seriously could someone help me I will see the doctor in 2 1/2 weeks from now but I am looking for a way to try and cure myself before having a check up what should I do to improve blood flow in front of my computer and what should I do about my hemorrhoids?
