Anusol Suppositories for Hemorrhoids in Third Trimester?

I’ve tried preparation h suppositories and cooling gel, tucks wipes, and a warm bath for 20 minutes, but none of them worked. I have been prescribed anusol suppositories and want to know if anyone has had any success or failure with that. Please let me know. Thanks!

I am 34 weeks pregnant and I have been having problems with external hemorrhoids for about three days now.
