the doctor says i have an **** fissure and hemorrhoids. He’s operating on me tuesday to remove them both(fissurectomy,sphincterotomy, hemorrhoidectomy). they have been hurting me for about 3 months now. i’ve used all types of creams to no avail.i’d like to know about how long it will take me to heal from this type of surgery. thanks so much.

Hemorrhoids or stitches pain?

I gave birth to my daughter on July 1st, alittle over 2 weeks ago. It was vaginal and I ended up having a second degree laceration and had stitches.
For the first 10 days or so, I had alot of pain down there from birth and couldn’t tell what pain was coming from where. Now that I’ve healed up some, the only pain I feel anymore is from my rear. I’ve been having alot of pain while having a bowel movement and it’s actually bleeding more than my ****** from birth.
I decided to use a mirror and check it out down there. My tear/stitches go clear to my rear and I can’t see any hemorrhoids or anything like that.
I go back to my ob/gyn on august 4th, so I think they’ll check all of this out at that appointment, but as for now I’m wondering if what I’m experiencing is hemorrhoids or something relating to my stitches.

i have been hunting for this info on internet but i don’t get same info everywhere. some websites said it helps heal hemorrhoids, another said it helps reduce gas and intestinal bloating, while some said it helps to relax and fights insomnia. i also read on net that it strengthens immune system and fights cold infections.
certain websites also say it helps reduce muscular pains. so i am not sure what the exact benefits are since there is so much inconsistent info on various websites.
