Is there any over the counter medicine that can help treat Internal Hemorrhoids?

no, but in the tool dept at sears they have a power tool called a dremel, with the right attachment…?
nope, but i agree, use a dremel, we use them all the time is shop class
Over the counter medication called preparation H. You can find it at any pharmacy.
Preparation H suppositories – specifically made for this purpose.
