what is severe **** spasm or fibrosis, its cause, remedies, non surgical?

I had 2 internal hemorrhoids and one external with 15 years old sentinel tag. Since last 4 months it reoccured and now 70 % only healed with Homeopathy, suffered too much in last 4 months.
