how to heal from surgery?

the doctor says i have an **** fissure and hemorrhoids. He’s operating on me tuesday to remove them both(fissurectomy,sphincterotomy, hemorrhoidectomy). they have been hurting me for about 3 months now. i’ve used all types of creams to no avail.i’d like to know about how long it will take me to heal from this type of surgery. thanks so much.
