How can I heal a cutt inside my ****?

So the last 3 times I pooped I noticed there was blood on a little part of the **** and when I wiped it was mostly blood but on the second wipe no blood. I think it’s a cut that re opens every time I ****. I’m trying Vaseline for now but idk exactly where the cut is so that might not help. It doesn’t hurt at all so I don’t think it’s a hemorrhoid…..I’m an 18 year old male

try applying coconut oil
yea…man you have to treat those cuts because bacteria from the **** can get into the wound. ALl i can say is buy wet wipes and use that instead of Toilet paper.. Also if you can, take a shower right after you use the toilet and soap up the area and make sure its clean.
As for creams, i would suggest an anti bacterial cream.
