Did my internal hemorrhoid heal?

I’ve had blood on the toilet paper for a week. It was painless, and the blood was bright red so I was pretty sure that was internal hemorrhoid (im 15 btw). My dad told me to increase my water and fiber intake and so I did (passing the stool is so much easier now lmao). I haven’t bled for 3 days now, everything’s back to normal.

Does that mean my hemorrhoids healed?
