Never had one, have had it since Saturday. Just today started using Prep-H. It isn’t helping with pain. What’s the best thing to do that’s safe during pregnancy? I am soooo miserable (ahh the joys of pregnancy)
Going to the OB doctor in 2 more days so don’t wanna call but will talk to him then.

They have witch hazel pads at Walmart. Call Labor and Delivery at your local hospital and speak to a nurse they have more medical advice. That is what I do when I have a concern. Good luck.

Try a hot (but not too hot) bath always worked for me.

Be patient and enjoy being pregnant

I just dealt with the same issue a few days ago…I bought some witch hazel pads and used these often during the day. I took 2-3 baths a day with Epsom Salt and used Preparation H. I am now experiencing relief!! Good Luck.

Rue Care Oil is very successful for treatment of hemorrhoids. It releases the pain almost immediately and it shrink the hemorrhoids.

Beside treating the hemorrhoids itself you should also treat the cause of your hemorrhoids. The most common cause is constipation, other causes are pregnancy, overweight, overeating, heavy lifting, sitting or standing in one position for extended period of time, acid/alkaline deficiency, genetic predisposition to weak veins, fatigue liver, vitamin b-6 deficiency.

Constipation and acid/alkaline imbalance you can treat with proper diet. Overweight and overeating – well, eat less and lose weight. Proper exercises is necessary in case of sitting or standing for long period of time. for other causes consult with your doctor, make proper tests and treat the problem.
