I am 20 years old and I think I have external hemorrhoids. Theres no pain but I want them gone, what can i do? Don’t make fun of me but I have looked at my **** hole and when the muscles are tight they go in but when it is relaxed the hemorrhoids show up. They are dark purple and I have seen other pictures so I am sure they are external hemorrhoids. They look like a clot and stuff. What can I do? I want them gone. They are ugly and I don’t want them to get bigger. Can I do anything other than surgery to get rid of them?

cream or suppositories. its a common thing. you can find them at any walmart or supermarket pharmacy. ALSO… they could be infected ingrown hairs. If they dont go away with hemorroid creme go to a doctor.

You should take a trip to your doctor, don’t be embarrassed, they’re trained to deal with these situations. it’s better that way and you’ll feel much better getting a prescription from him/her

Small Haemorrhoids often shrink spontaneously if constipation is eliminated. Rectal suppositories or ointment containing local anesthetic, decongestant drugs &/or corticosteroids may reduce the symptoms & help to shrink the haemorrhoids. Larger, persistantly troublesome ones may be injected with fluid that causes the dialated vein to become blocked, or rubber bands may be applied to close off the vein & make it shrivel. If these measures fail to relieve symptoms, surgical removal (haemorrhoidectomy) may be needed.
