How do you get rid of a hemorrhoid once and for all?

I recently had a baby and had the unfortunate circumstance of getting hemorrhoids because of it apparently. My doctor had prescribed some clear cream but it did NOTHING at all for me. That was a month or two ago and once the tube ran out I stopped doing anything about it. This last week however one I guess burst or something and there was LOTS of bleeding for a couple of days. I talked to my doc again and he said just to get some Preperation H and thats it. He also made it sound like I will ALWAYS have them forever now and all I can do is try to keep them from flaring up kind of. I have heard you can get them cut off in surgery but only if they are causing tons of problems. So what can I do?

Yes, surgery. I heard they can be “tied off”, that sounds painful though.

-following all the rules is very difficult ,may be even impossible. Generally we do mistake about one or the other rule of health. This will naturally lead to some or the other disease. Hence ,when we get a disease, if we find out why we got that disease, which of our mistakes is responsible for that disease ,then ,if we stop that mistake ,that itself will benefit us by reducing the disease, stopping the progress of the disease. Therefore ,regarding your question ,first we have to know ,whether the reason for getting the disease is found out or no
