you really need to see the doc to make sure it is piles and not something else. also it is nothing to get embarrassed about, so many people have similar problems. i am sure you could talk to your parents about this. if it is piles you should get some cream for them that will really help. people can suffer from piles for their whole lives but they manage it by using a cream, taking painkillers when necessary, sometimes taking laxatives to make going to the toilet easier etc. piles can come and go but you are very young to have them so please tell your parents and get to the doctor.
you can buy a cream from the chemist that way when you go in they wont even know you are buying it for yourself as you could be picking it up for someone else.its called anusol

camphor 5gm ( crush to make powder )

Why do you think you have them? It’s not impossible but I bet it’s more likely something else since you’re so young. If you just have a bit of blood on the t.p. when you wipe that could be a little scratch in your intestine.
