Just get to the drugstore and purchase an over-the-counter treatment. There are several creams, suppositories, ointments such as, Preparation-H, etc. They are all made to shrink the swollen tissue and ease the discomfort and usually start to give relief rather quickly.

if its in the “upper crack” its not hemorrhoids. it may simply be a tear in the delicate skin. if its coming out of your **** (butthole) then its prob hemorroids.

i ever have hemorrhoid before, same as you and i try this simple step to cure my hemorrhoid

    1. Consume more fruit and vegetables, you need more diet fiber
    2. stop drinking alcohol, coffee or smoke
    3. don’t do any heavy exercise
    4. drink lot’s of water each day a least 2 Liter.

i manage to cure my hemorrhoid in 3 days, and after that i eat a lots of fiber and drink more water frequently to prevent it coming back.

    Hi NaiveBoy,
Well the usual advice would apply that is go to see your Doc first of all,if you know for sure it is a hemorrhoid then I would suggest the following:

Take a Sitz bath. A sitz bath is a form of bathing where the bottom and hips are immersed in warm or cold water for a period of time, 15 – 20 minutes is ideal. Warm sitz baths are best for cleansing the area while cool sitz baths help to ease swelling and can even help with constipation. Sitz baths will decrease inflammation of hemorrhoids as well as easing discomfort.

Sitz baths can be used with water by itself or you can add other forms of solutions (such as lavender) to the water. A simple trick is to add salt, or baking soda to the water and allow yourself to soak in the water for 20 minutes. This trick works to clean the affected area as well as relieving pain.

I have noticed on some of the other answers it is suggested you try some over the counter stuff, this is in most cases fine for a short term answer.
The problem with the over the counter meds is it merely treats the hemorrhoid itself (I know you want that) BUT it doesn’t treat the cause of your hemorrhoid and that means hemorrhoids will keep on coming back time and time again……..

I have provided below in the source box the long term answer to your problem

It sounds like you’ve got an external hemorrhoid, which can really be miserable because it sits on a dense band of nerves. The first thing you’ll probably want to do is to get to the drugstore and get ointments to help with the pain, itching and inflammation. Ask the pharmacist which one is best for your particular symptoms and conditions.

After you’ve gotten the immediate pain and discomfort taken care of, start looking to your diet, water intake and exercise to change your lifestyle over the long term to remove that hemorrhoid and the causes for any other. Medications of various kinds can help, but only by changing the underlying causes of the hemorrhoid can you get rid of it permanently.
