I have a bad case of hemorrhoids and i cant get rid of them. Not only that but theyre very itchy?

I find Tucks medicated pads helpful, especially for the itch. You can ask your doctor for prescription hemmorhoidal suppositories too.

You want the surgery. 17 years ago I had severe problems. They would end up thrombosed, then severe bleeding. I was a mess. They were giving me codeine for the pain.

Using preparation h only helps if your hemorrhoid is below level 2. It does not really help for serious hemorrhoid cases but it might work for you, who knows?…
Some things that you can do at home is to drink plenty of water and increase your fiber intakes to soften your stool for easier passing. Soak yourslef in warm water baths for 15-20mins daily. A natural remedy that i highly recommend is to use coconut oil or witch hazel which has worked quite well for my wife.

surgery is definitely the last thing you want to go through especially because there are easy ways to get rid of your hemorrhoids.
all the creams and wipes and pads only provide relief they do not get to the root of the problem and get rid of them.
if you want to see lasting results use a simple herbal solution. i did all you have to do is take some pills orally and it will take care of it
