Whats a good fiber diet to go on if you have haemorrhoids?

Correct me if i’m wrong but I herad that high fiber foods are the best things to eat to get rid of haemorrhoids…

Some sufferers report a more comfortable experience without underwear or wearing only very lightweight panties, etc.
