what foods can cause colon Bleeding?

My friend has been bleeding daily for the pass 3 month, when going to the bathroom to do #2. He has to eat early other wise his food wont digest and will vomit in the morning. He is currently taking omeprazole. He stomach is always been a problem as well as hemorrhoids. He has now lost weight due to that he is scare of what to eat, he also seems to have less energy. Has anyone else gone through this and what was done to stop? What can he eat or should not eat? Help.

Foods do not cause bleeding. Your friend needs to see a doctor.
Your friend needs to go to the hospital or doctor immediately. Bloody bowel movements and vomiting are not normal, especially not for 3 months!!
