Until you start eating the right amount of fiber.
if they are spreading I would go to the doctor. I kno you want it to be natural but that is so long and those things hurt!!! That is a while and with the right cream it will feel better. also get the wipes. They help a lot . But with the cream, it will speed up the healing time. Also, when you go to the bathroom, don’t push!! Let it take its course.
