I’m sorry–you’re in some discomfort here in the hiney-hole. If these are new hemorrhoids, Preparation H would help. So would soaking in the tub in some warm water. If they are a long-standing issue for you and they’ve just gotten this bad, you may have to get them “removed”. There are several things that can be done, including the most curious one I’ve read about (for a long time) which is done with small rubber bands that cut off the blood supply, so that the little devils die and slough off. Until then, though, Prep H will help calm them down, so they’re not getting all up in your eyes like a madhot onion.
Long term management of your diet is critical, or you will have these for ever. You need plenty of water (hard poops are hard to pass, and straining creates hemorrhoids), plus plenty of fiber (three pieces of fresh fruit each day provides good fiber for your hiney, as well as for your overall health), but if you need to supplement, if you can’t manage the three/day, then add some kind of fiber product specifically for regularity to your diet. They come in little cookie form that you can have with coffee, tea, milk, or juice, or in powers that are flavored, unflavored, and just mix right into water, juice, coffee, etc.

I know H’s are painful, but i’m laughing so hard i hope mine doesn’t get agrivated.
