I am not a weight lifter hun but i am a bus driver so you appreciate i have probs too because of me being sat on my bum 12 hours a day.
I have internal ones that occasionally turn to external ones.
They usually go by themselves after a few days but all people are different and yours may be more severe than mine.
I use cream on mine when they become to painful and that is usually enough for me.
Try a natural remedy. Don’t resume heavy lifting until the hemorrhoids are gone.
